Principle
Leeb500 digital ultrasonic flaw detection (UFD) instrument emits ultrasonic waves into the interior of the workpiece, generating reflection echoes when encountering defects. The instrument receives and analyzes these echo signals, automatically displays relevant parameters such as depth, horizontal distance, amplitude, etc., and automatically generates DAC and AVG Linear dispersion using standard test blocks. The reflection position is intuitively judged by the function of four weld type diagrams to realize the detection, positioning and evaluation of internal defects in the workpiece.
