Overview
The LEEB LEEB522 ultrasonic flaw detection (UFD) instrument is a portable industrial nondestructive inspection device that can accurately detect, locate, evaluate and diagnose various defects (such as crazing, porosity, pores, inclusions, etc.) inside the workpiece, suitable for laboratories and engineering sites.
Features
1. Lithium battery powered, working time up to 8 hours
2. Sturdy and durable, with waterproof, dustproof and oil-proof functions, strong anti-interference ability
3. Large screen highlight display, adapt to sunlight and culverts and other environments
4. Support inlet gate and loss gate settings, single gate and double gate readings
5. Built-in USB interface, can be inserted into SD card for flaw detection process video recording
6. Provide dual alarm function of beep and LED light
7. Long service life, several times that of conventional Flaw detectors
Principle
Ultrasonic flaw detection (UFD) instrument automatically generates DAC and AVG Linear dispersion by emitting ultrasonic waves and receiving the retracted wave signal, displays the echo parameters (depth, level, distance, amplitude), and uses the automatic alarm of the gate and the function of defect equivalent calculation for nondestructive detection.
Applications
Boiler, Pressure Vessel, Aerospace, Electric Power, Petroleum, Chemical, Offshore Oil, Pipeline, Shipbuilding, Automobile, Machinery Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Metal Processing, Steel Structure, Railway Transportation, Nuclear Power, Universities
Steps
1. Automatically generate DAC or AVG Linear dispersion using standard test blocks
2. Set the flaw detection channel and parameters, and choose the peak or edge detection mode
3. Adjust parameters such as sound speed and gain according to the workpiece material
4. Perform flaw detection operations to automatically display echo parameters and defect equivalents
5. Store A-shaped graphics and data, optional video recording
6. Use the gate alarm function to monitor defects
Notice
• Ensure equipment is used within -27 ° C to 70 ° C Operating temperature range
• Avoid prolonged operation in extremely humid or dusty environments
• Regularly check the connection status of the probe and cable
Pay attention to the SD card capacity limit when storing data
• Confirm that the material sound speed setting is accurate before operation
