Overview
IPRE PRLH210 Leeb hardness tester is a Portable hardness testing instrument with full Chinese display and menu operation. The instrument can be equipped with 7 different Impact devices, automatically identify the type of Impact device, and support the mutual conversion and calibrating of various Hardness standards, suitable for a variety of hardness of materials measurement.

Principle
The PRLH210 Leeb hardness tester uses the Impact device to impact the surface of the material, calculates the Richter Hardness value by measuring the ratio of the rebound speed of the Impact body to the Impact speed, and can realize the conversion between different Hardness systems according to the preset algorithm.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate Impact Device
2. Power on and proceed to menu settings
3. Select measurement materials and Hardness standards
4. Align the Impact Device vertically to the surface of the material under test
5. Trigger measurements and read results
6. Store or query data as needed
Notice
• Impact device type is consistent with setting before measurement
• Impact device should be kept perpendicular to the measured surface during measurement
• Periodic indication calibrated to ensure Measurement accuracy
• Avoid use in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments
• Replace the battery in time to ensure normal power supply
• Avoid severe vibration and high temperature environment during storage
