IPRE PRSR110 Roughness Gauge is a digital measuring instrument with OLED LCD display, which can choose four measurement parameters of Ra, Rz, Rt, Rq, suitable for a variety of industries and scenarios.

Principle
The Roughness Gauge touches the measured surface through the Sensor probe, uses the ARM processor to quickly process and calculate the data, measures surface roughness parameters, and displays the results synchronously through the OLED LCD screen or mobile phone.

Steps
1. Turn on the device and select Measurement parameters;
2. Contact the Sensor probe with the measured surface for measurement;
3. Read the measurement results synchronously through the top window or mobile phone;
4. After use, calibrate or charge for maintenance.
Notice
• Avoid the influence of button pressure during measurement, and can be controlled synchronously with mobile phone;
• Protect the Sensor Probe to ensure Measurement accuracy;
• It can work while charging, but it needs to use a special charger or a computer USB port;
• Suitable for various occasions, but pay attention to the effect of Ambient Temperature on OLED display.
