Principle
The coating rod is uniformly coated on the surface of the substrate through a formed process to form a wet-film coating of a specific thickness. When used, the operator places the Coating between the rod and the substrate, and through uniform pressure and movement, the Coating forms a uniform coating with a thickness of 150 microns on the substrate, providing a standard sample for subsequent performance testing and research.

Steps
1. Prepare the Substrate and Coatings to be Spreader;
2. Place the coating rod at the starting position of the substrate;
3. Coating between coating rod and substrate;

5. After completing the Spreader, check whether the uniformity and thickness of the coating meet the requirements.
