Overview
KOSON KS-3T light bolt puller is a Portable testing equipment, mainly composed of imported light manual pump, small hollow hydraulic cylinder, integrated digital pressure gauge, high voltage YouTube and accessories. The instrument adopts hollow self-reset hydraulic cylinder, and its digital display meter can directly read the tension value (kN), and has automatic calculation, peak holding, data storage and query functions, with backlit display.
Features
The weight of the whole machine is light, only 11kg.
2. Powered by high-capacity rechargeable lithium batteries.
3, the value of 10 segment line correction, improve instrument accuracy.
4. Equipped with peak hold, automatic shutdown without operation, and LCD lighting functions.
5, using imported sealing ring, durable.
6. Ultra-low power design, Continuous Operating Time can exceed 200 hours.
7. The surface of the hydraulic cylinder is corrosion-resistant electrostatic spraying, and the piston and sliding sleeve are nickel-plated.
8. Automatic spring reset, simple structure.
Principle
The drawing instrument provides hydraulic power through a manual pump to drive the piston movement of the hollow hydraulic cylinder, thereby applying tensile force to the tested parts (such as steel bars and anchors). The tensile force is converted into electrical signals by a pressure sensor, and the tensile force value is displayed, calculated and recorded in real time by an integrated multi-function digital display instrument.
Applications
It is mainly used to detect the pull-out force of small steel bars, expansion bolts, chemical anchors, and anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force detection (test) of Glass curtain walls. It is a testing instrument required by Quality control units, reinforcement units, supervision units, universities, etc.
Standards
