Overview
The KS-30T bolt puller is a Portable testing instrument composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose with a quick connector and options (anchors, pull rods, adapters) and a portable case. The whole series of hydraulic cylinders adopts a hollow self-reset, digital integrated design, which can directly read the force value (KN), and has the functions of peak hold, storage, clearing, inquiry and automatic shutdown. Advanced technology, simple operation, quality assurance for one year, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. Adopt hollow self-resetting, digital display integrated hydraulic cylinder design, which can directly read the force value (KN).
2. The digital pressure gauge is equipped with peak hold, storage, clearing, query and automatic shutdown functions.
3. Compact structure, simple operation, quality assurance for one year.
4. Equipped with a portable carrying case, it is easy to carry and suitable for laboratory and field use.
Principle
The instrument provides hydraulic power through the manual pump, drives the piston movement of the hollow hydraulic cylinder, and exerts axial tension on the anchors and steel bars under test. The pressure in the hydraulic cylinder is transmitted to the digital pressure gauge through the high voltage hose, and the pressure gauge converts the pressure value into the force value (KN) and displays it in real time. At the same time, the peak force value can be recorded and maintained, so as to realize the detection of the pull-out force of the anchors.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
Standards
GB 50367-2013 "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures", GB 50330-2013 "Technical Specifications for Building Slope Engineering", JGJ 120-2012 "Technical Specifications for Building Foundation Pit Support", CECS 22:2005 "Technical Specifications for Geotechnical Anchors (Cables) ", GB 50001-2011 "Code for Design of Building Foundation", JGJ 145-2013 "Technical Specifications for Rear Anchorage of Concrete Structures", GB 50550-2010 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Building Structure Reinforcement Engineering", GB 50203-2011 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Masonry Structure Engineering"
Steps
1. Select the appropriate anchors, pull rods and adapters and other accessories according to the specifications of the tested part and install them.
2. Connect the hydraulic cylinder, manual pump and digital pressure gauge through the high voltage hose.
3. Turn on the power supply of the digital pressure gauge and perform the clearing operation.
4. Operate the manual pump to apply tension to the tested part smoothly.
5. Observe the readings of the digital pressure gauge for peak holding and data storage.
6. After the test is completed, the hydraulic cylinder is automatically reset, the accessories are removed, and the power supply of the pressure gauge is turned off.
Notice
Before use, please check whether the components of the instrument are firmly connected to ensure that there is no leakage.
• Correctly select and install the matching anchors, pull rods and joints according to the specifications of the anchors under test.
• When operating the manual pump, it should be evenly pressurized to avoid Impact loads.
• During testing, personnel should be in a safe position to prevent injuries caused by sudden failure of anchors.
• Regularly check the instrument to ensure that the battery is fully charged and the hydraulic oil is normal.
• Instruments should be stored in a dry, clean environment.
• This product is guaranteed for one year, and the company implements a lifetime maintenance responsibility system for the products sold.
