Overview
The XIONGFA XF-02 (brass) Hall Flow velocity meter is a brass material Loose Bulk Density meter, manufactured according to the GB1482-2010-T standard specification, used to test the Flow velocity and Loose Bulk Density of metal powders and Non-metallic powders.
Features
1. Made of brass material, with sufficient wall thickness and Hardness to prevent deformation and excessive abrasion
2. Equipped with two funnels with small hole diameters (φ 2.5 +/- 0.08mm and φ 5 +/- 0.08mm)
3. The bracket, base, and receiver are structurally stable, adjustable levels, and vibration-free
4. The funnel taper is 60 °, the capacity is 25ml, the Capacity is 500g, and the weighing accuracy is 0.01g.
Principle
The Flow velocity meter is based on the principle of the standard funnel method, calculates the Flow velocity by measuring the time the powder flows out of the funnel pores, and determines the Loose Bulk Density in combination with the weight of the powder collected by the receiver.

Steps
1. Adjust the base level, stable and vibration-free
2. Use a wrench to fix the height of the bracket
3. Install the funnel on the bracket
4. Place the receiver (stainless steel plate) on the base to collect the powder

• Ensure that the base is level, stable and vibration-free
• Use the included wrench to fix the bracket height
• The diameter of the funnel hole must meet the specifications (φ 2.5 +/- 0.08mm or φ 5 +/- 0.08mm)
