Overview

Principle
The testing machine controls the mechanical hammer grabbing mechanism through the electronic control system, and the specific mass of the hammer body is lifted to the preset height (such as 500mm, 1000mm or 1500mm) and released to make it fall freely. Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V power supply.
2. According to the test requirements, select and set the Impact height (500mm, 1000mm or 1500mm).
3. Place the specimen correctly on the test bench.
4. Operate the mechanical hammer grabbing mechanism through the electronic control system to lift the hammer body with a mass of 1Kg to the set height.
5. Release the hammer to free fall Impact specimen.
6. Observe and record the state of the sample after Impact.
7. After the test, turn off the power.

• Power frequency is AC 220V before use.
• Make sure the equipment is placed on a stable workbench.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating and avoid standing under or near the hammer body.
