Overview
The FANGRUI QBZY-1 interfacial tension instrument is a professional-grade interface chemical analysis instrument, specially designed to meet the user's needs for High Accuracy R & D and quality control in the interface chemical testing process. It analyzes the surface tension of liquids to study their physical performance in solubility, wettability, foaming, etc. It is the basic means of quality control in the industrialization process. Principle
The instrument adopts two test methods. Platinum plate method: When the platinum plate is immersed in the measured liquid, it is subjected to surface tension, and the instrument equilibrate sensor measures its immersion depth and converts it into surface tension value. The specific steps are to immerse the platinum plate, sense the equilibrate value, convert and display. Platinum ring method (du Nouy method): After immersing the platinum ring in the liquid, it slowly raises, and senses the maximum force value when the ring and the liquid surface are not separated. This value can be converted into surface tension value by calculation, and its accuracy is affected by the viscosity of the liquid.

Steps
1. Prepare instruments and samples to ensure level.
2. Select the test method (platinum plate method or platinum ring method).
3. Immerse the test part (platinum plate or platinum ring) in the liquid.
4. The instrument automatically measures and displays or records the relevant values.
5. Read the results directly by the instrument (platinum plate method) or use software to calculate the surface tension value (platinum ring method).
