Principle
Using the principle of magnetic Induction and eddy Current, combined with computer technology and nondestructive detection technology, the thickness can be accurately measured without damaging the subject.
Applications
F type Probe: platings, paints layer, enamel layer, aluminum tile, copper tile, Babbitt tile, phosphating layer, Paper thickness measurement, hull paints and underwater structural parts attachment thickness measurement; NF type Probe: Insulation coating thickness measurement on non-magnetically conductive metal substrate, anodic oxidation layer thickness measurement of aluminum or aluminum alloy materials
Standards
ISO2178、ISO2360、GB4956、GB4957
Steps
1. Turn on the power button to start the instrument
2. Align the measurement Sensor to the measured surface
3. Perform single or continuous measurements
4. Connect the computer via USB interface for data processing (optional)
5. Automatic shutdown after use
Notice
* Probe vertical to the measured surface during measurement
* Ensure that the measurement surface is not less than φ 26mm
* Note that the minimum thickness of the substrate is 0.3mm.
* Operating temperature range is 0~ 50 ℃
* relative humidity should be less than 95%
* Use appropriate radius of curvature for measurement
