    GB/T 23711.2-2019 "Test Methods for Plastic Lined Pressure Vessels - Part 2: Low-Temperature Resistance Test" specifies the low-temperature resistance test requirements for steel pressure vessels lined with plastics, which are applicable to the performance evaluation of related equipment. The test must be conducted using a high-low temperature test chamber that complies with the standard, with a temperature fluctuation of ≤1℃ and a deviation of ±2℃, paired with a Class 1 tensile testing machine and measuring tools with a division value of 0.01mm. After the sample undergoes three low-temperature to room-temperature cycles, its shape and dimensional changes are first inspected. If it passes, the tensile strength and elongation at break are then tested using the tensile testing machine. Samples that show no defects such as cracking or deformation and meet the performance standards are deemed qualified, ensuring the safe use of the equipment in low-temperature environments.
