Test methods for aluminium and aluminium alloy foils—Part 3:Determination of stickiness

This standard specifies the test method for measuring the adhesion of surface layers (such as lubricating oil, rust inhibitors, etc.) on aluminum foil under specific conditions. It is primarily used to evaluate the friction coefficient of aluminum foil, the effectiveness of annealing processes, and storage stability. The method quantitatively assesses the degree of adhesion by measuring the peeling force required to separate two stacked aluminum foil samples under standard temperature, humidity, and load conditions. The core instrument required to perform this test is an intelligent electronic tensile testing machine, which can precisely control and measure the force values during the vertical separation of the samples, thereby providing critical data for the quality control of aluminum foil surface treatment.
