This standard is the latest national standard for polyethylene geomembranes, a key material widely used in major engineering projects for waterproofing and anti-seepage in fields such as water conservancy, environmental protection, and municipal engineering. It systematically specifies all norms for geomembranes made from polyethylene resin as the base material, covering raw materials, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, and product quality evaluation. To comprehensively assess the physical and mechanical properties, durability, and anti-seepage effectiveness of the products, the standard references multiple fundamental testing methods. The testing instruments involved include an intelligent electronic tensile testing machine for determining tensile properties, a puncture strength tester for evaluating puncture resistance, and a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) for testing critical aging properties such as oxidation induction time.
