This document outlines the product quality standards for paper-aluminum-plastic composite films and bags used in food packaging. It primarily targets packaging materials with a thickness of less than 0.3 mm, composed of plastic, aluminum foil, and paper, specifying their classification, technical requirements, and unified testing methods. The standard focuses on evaluating the mechanical and barrier properties of the materials. For mechanical properties, it explicitly requires testing the tensile breaking force of the materials, such as a longitudinal requirement of ≥30 N/15mm, which typically necessitates the use of high-precision intelligent electronic tensile testing machines. In terms of barrier properties, the standard includes the determination of oxygen and water vapor transmission rates, with corresponding tests conducted using differential pressure gas permeation analyzers and water vapor transmission rate testing systems. Additionally, to comprehensively assess packaging quality, the standard also covers tests for other key indicators such as heat seal strength, sealing performance, friction coefficient, and solvent residue.
