GB/T 9756-2018
Synthetic resin emulsion coatings for interior wall

GB/T 9756-2018 "Synthetic resin emulsion interior wall coatings" is a national recommended standard that specifies performance grading and testing methods for interior wall coatings. This standard applies to various interior wall coatings formulated with synthetic resin emulsion as the base material. Based on key performance indicators such as scrub resistance (for example, premium-grade products must withstand over 6,000 scrubbing cycles), the products are classified into qualified, first-grade, and premium-grade categories. To objectively and reproducibly evaluate these properties, the standard references specific testing instruments. These include automatic film applicators (also known as wire rod coaters, commonly equipped with wire rods in specifications such as 80, 100, and 120 μm) for preparing uniform test panels, as well as specialized architectural coating scrub resistance testers for quantitatively assessing coating durability.
