GB/T 24167-2022 "Determination of Chlorinated Toluene in Dye Products" is applicable to various types of dye products and specifies the use of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for determining the residual amounts of 12 types of chlorinated toluene. The method involves ultrasonic extraction of the sample with dichloromethane, followed by centrifugation, nitrogen blow concentration, and detection, with quantification performed using the external standard method based on peak area. The detection limit for Method 1 is 0.5 mg/kg, and for Method 2, it is 2.5 mg/kg. The absolute difference between two measurement results should not exceed 20% of the arithmetic mean, and the spike recovery rate should be controlled within 70%–120%.
