Phosphating solution stirrer

The phosphating solution stirrer drives the blades to rotate through a motor, creating forced convection in the liquid within the phosphating tank. Its function is to prevent the stratification and precipitation of the components of the phosphating solution, ensuring the uniform concentration of the treatment liquid. It is applied in metal surface treatment production lines to ensure consistent thickness of the phosphating film.
