Single-stage emulsifier

A single-stage emulsifier utilizes the high-speed rotation of a rotor to generate shear forces, breaking immiscible liquids into tiny droplets to form a stable emulsion. It is used in industries such as coatings and inks to achieve homogeneous mixing of liquids, handling materials with viscosities below 5000 cP.
