Diaphragm Air Permeability Tester

The diaphragm air permeability tester measures the rate at which gas permeates through a diaphragm using the differential pressure method. Under a constant pressure difference, it records the volume of gas permeating per unit area per unit time, reflecting the material's barrier properties. It is used for testing the air permeability of battery separators and packaging materials.
Selection
When selecting, focus on the test range covering the air permeability of the sample, equipped with high-precision pressure sensors and a temperature control system. Ensure compliance with standards such as ASTM D1434, a user-friendly operation interface, and different testing chambers to accommodate samples of varying thicknesses.
