Overview
VB-40F corrosion resistant diaphragm pump is a two-stage pump with gas medium. All parts in contact with gas are polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, which has high corrosion resistance and a wide range of applications. This product can completely replace the water circulation pump and is suitable for the treatment of corrosion gases in chemical, petrochemical and other industries, such as suctionfiltration, vacuum distillation, swirl/spin evaporation, vacuum condensing, centrifugal condensing, solid phase extraction, etc.
Features
1. Strong chemical corrosion resistance: special diaphragm and pump head design, all joints and pipelines are made of imported PTFE materials, which are resistant to most corrosion gases; electrical switches and shells are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and the transmission mechanism and circuit parts are made of corrosion-resistant materials to form a closed space; professional multi-channel sealing system design, high resilience PTFE material diaphragm is resistant to high temperature and corrosion, and its life is more than twice that of domestic congeneric products.

Principle
