Overview
VB-20F corrosion resistant diaphragm pump is a two-stage pump with gas medium. All parts in contact with gas are polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material. It has high corrosion resistance and a wide range of applications. It can completely replace water circulation pumps. Suitable for chemical, petrochemical and other industries to treat corrosion gases, such as suctionfiltration, vacuum distillation, swirl/spin evaporation, vacuum condensing, centrifugal condensing, solid phase extraction, etc.
Features
1. Strong chemical corrosion resistance: using special diaphragm and pump head design, all joints and pipelines use imported PTFE materials, which can resist most corrosion gases; electrical switches and shells do anti-corrosion treatment, transmission mechanisms and circuit parts use corrosion-resistant materials to form a closed space; professional multi-channel sealing system design, high resilience PTFE material diaphragm with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, long life and other characteristics, the service life is more than twice as long as domestic congeneric products.

Principle
The VB-20F corrosion resistant diaphragm pump features a two-stage pump design, which drives the PTFE material pump head through the direct drive power transmission of the motor to achieve the suction and compression of the gas medium. Key components such as the pump head, composite diaphragm and valve are made of corrosion resistant materials to ensure stable operation in a corrosion environment, while reducing noise and vibration through the diaphragm low stroke and sealing system.
