Overview
VB-65 corrosion resistant diaphragm pump is a two-stage pump with a gas medium. All parts in contact with the gas are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, which has high corrosion resistance and a wide range of applications. It can completely replace the water circulation pump. The pump is suitable for the treatment of corrosion gases in chemical, petrochemical and other industries, such as suctionfiltration, vacuum distillation, swirl/spin evaporation, vacuum condensing, centrifugal condensing, solid phase extraction, etc.

Principle
The pump is a two-stage diaphragm pump, which drives the PTFE material pump head and composite diaphragm through the direct-drive power transmission of the motor to achieve gas suction and compression. All parts in contact with the gas are made of PTFE material to ensure corrosion resistance; the diaphragm low-stroke design reduces noise and temperature rise, and the professional sealing system prevents leakage to achieve efficient and stable vacuum operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply: Make sure the power supply is AC 220V 50HZ.
2. Connection interface: Use the 12mm specification interface to connect the system.
3. Start the pump: Turn on the power switch and the pump starts running.
4. Monitor operation: Observe the running state of the pump to ensure that it works under the conditions of medium and Ambient Temperature 5 ℃~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity < 80% RH.
5. Automatic protection: When the internal temperature is too high, the temperature protection switch will automatically stop, chill down and restart by itself.
Notice
● Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage mismatch.
● The relative humidity of the working environment should be less than 80% RH, and the medium and Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of 5 ° C to 40 ° C.
● The pump does not have a Vacuum Level control valve, which needs to be adjusted according to system requirements during use.
Regularly inspect interfaces and piping lines to ensure there are no leaks, but routine maintenance is not required.
● Avoid long-term exposure of non-protective parts in a corrosive environment, although the pump has been treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
● When the pump automatically stops, do not force restart, wait for the temperature to chill down and start by itself.
