Overview
VB-40 corrosion resistant diaphragm pump is a two-stage pump with a gas medium. All parts in contact with the gas are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, which has high corrosion resistance and a wide range of applications. It can completely replace the water circulation pump. The pump is suitable for the treatment of corrosion gases in chemical, petrochemical and other industries, such as suctionfiltration, vacuum distillation, swirl/spin evaporation, vacuum condensing, centrifugal condensing, solid phase extraction, etc.
Features
1. Strong chemical corrosion resistance: using special diaphragm and pump head design, all joints and pipelines use imported PTFE materials, which can resist most corrosion gases; electrical switches and shells are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and the transmission mechanism and circuit parts use corrosion-resistant materials to form a closed space; professional multi-channel sealing system design, high resilience PTFE material diaphragm has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, long life characteristics, and the service life is more than twice that of domestic congeneric products.
2. Pollution-free, maintenance-free: complete solvent recovery can be achieved, eliminating organic solvent pollution and health hazards to personnel; dry pump design without water and oil, the laboratory is clean and quiet, no need for regular cleaning, pipe changing, water changing and other maintenance work, 100% maintenance-free.
3. Low noise, low vibration, low temperature rise: using motor direct drive power transmission, no intermediate transmission parts, diaphragm low stroke, low noise, low temperature rise characteristics, stable operation, low loss.
4. Overheating protection: equipped with temperature protection switch, automatic shutdown when the temperature is too high, start by yourself after chilling down to ensure the stability and safety of the system.
Principle
The pump is a two-stage diaphragm pump, which drives the PTFE material pump head through the direct-drive power transmission of the motor, and uses specially designed diaphragms and valves to achieve gas suction. All parts in contact with the gas are made of PTFE material to ensure corrosion resistance; when working, the diaphragm moves low stroke to reduce noise and vibration and achieve efficient vacuum processing.
