Overview
VB-130 corrosion resistant diaphragm pump is a medium for gas two-stage pump, all gas contact parts are polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, high corrosion resistance, wide range of applications, can completely replace the water circulation pump, suitable for chemical, petrochemical and other industries on the treatment of corrosion gases, such as suctionfiltration, vacuum distillation, swirl/spin evaporation, vacuum condensing, centrifugal condensing, solid phase extraction.

1. Strong chemical corrosion resistance: special diaphragm and pump head design are used, all joints and pipelines are made of imported PTFE materials, electrical switches and shells are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, multi-channel sealing system design, high resilience PTFE diaphragm is resistant to high temperature, corrosion resistance and long life.

Principle
The VB-130 corrosion resistant diaphragm pump adopts a two-stage pump design, which drives the diaphragm movement through the direct drive power transmission of the motor to realize gas suction and compression. All parts in contact with the gas are made of PTFE material to ensure corrosion resistance, low stroke operation of the diaphragm reduces noise and vibration, and temperature protection switches monitor the internal temperature to ensure safe and stable operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC 220V 50HZ.
2. Ensure that the environment relative humidity < 80% RH, Medium and Ambient Temperature in the range of 5 ℃~ 40 ℃.
3, start the pump, suctionfiltration, vacuum distillation and other operations.
4. Turn off the power after the operation is completed.
Notice
● Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50HZ.
● The relative humidity of the working environment should be less than 80% RH.
● Medium and Ambient Temperature should be kept between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃.
Avoid prolonged operation in high temperature or humid environments.
Regularly check the operating status of the pump body and deal with any abnormalities promptly.
