Micron Laser Particle Size Analyzer

The micron laser particle size analyzer measures particle size by irradiating particles with a laser to generate scattering, and then analyzing the scattering angle and light intensity distribution to calculate the particle size. It is used to measure the particle size distribution of materials such as powders and suspensions within the range of 1-2000 microns, and is applied in quality control across industries including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and building materials.
Selection
When selecting, consider that the measurement range should cover the particle size of the samples, adapt to the material state for both dry and wet methods, have a repeatability error of less than 1%, and comply with the ISO13320 standard. Prioritize modular design for easy maintenance, and ensure the operating software has real-time monitoring and data export capabilities.
