Flexure Tester

A bending tester applies loads at three or four points to bend a specimen and measure its performance under bending stress. It is used to evaluate the bending strength and plastic deformation capacity of materials such as plates and pipes, and is widely applied in quality inspections of construction materials and metal materials.
Selection
Select the load range based on the material type and standards. The specimen dimensions determine the distance between the support rollers. Three-point bending is commonly used for metallic materials, while the bending rate must be controlled for brittle materials. When environmental temperature affects the test, a temperature control device should be equipped. Manual types are suitable for routine inspections, while hydraulic servo types are used for batch testing.
