Chlorine Gas Moisture Analyzer

The chlorine moisture analyzer is based on the principle of electrolysis. It uses a phosphorus pentoxide film to absorb moisture from chlorine gas and then electrolyzes it, measuring the electrolysis current to calculate the moisture content. It is used to monitor moisture control during the production, storage, and transportation of chlorine gas, ensuring process safety and material corrosion protection.
Selection
When selecting, consider the corrosiveness of chlorine gas, requiring full stainless steel construction; the range should match process requirements, typically 0-1000 ppm; pay attention to explosion-proof rating and interface dimensions; perform regular calibration and maintenance, and equip with pre-treatment devices to filter impurities.
