Coating Wet Film Roller Thickness Meter

The wet film wheel gauge measures the thickness of a wet coating by contacting the surface with two concentric disks. It directly reads the wet film thickness by measuring the gap difference between the points where the wheel rim contacts the coating. It is used for on-site rapid monitoring of coating thickness during paint application, guiding coating operations, and avoiding excessive or insufficient thickness.
Selection
When selecting, consider a measurement range that covers common coating thicknesses, a wheel material that is corrosion-resistant, clear and easy-to-read scales, a sturdy structure for portability, simple operation without the need for power, and suitability for on-site environmental use requirements.
