Carton Moisture Detection Meter

The cardboard moisture tester measures the moisture content of paperboard through resistance or capacitance sensors. Changes in moisture alter the electrical signals, which the instrument converts into a digital display. It is used in cardboard production and storage processes to control the moisture content of paperboard, preventing deformation and mold growth.
Selection
When selecting, consider a measurement range covering 5%–40% moisture content with an accuracy error of ±0.5%. Contact probes are suitable for flat surfaces, while penetration types can measure internal moisture. Pay attention to the temperature compensation function and ease of calibration. Portable models are suitable for on-site use, while fixed types are better suited for production lines.
