Automatic Ash Fusion Analyzer

The automatic ash fusion analyzer heats the sample in a high-temperature furnace, records the morphological changes of the ash cone using a camera, and determines the four characteristic temperatures of the ash during the heating process. It is used to assess the slagging tendency of fuels such as coal and coke in boilers, and to guide the selection and operational parameter adjustments of industrial combustion equipment.
