MIT Folding Endurance Tester

The film folding endurance tester secures the film sample with clamps and repeatedly bends it at a set angle and frequency, recording the number of folds at which the sample breaks. It is used to test the durability of packaging films, printing materials, and other materials under repeated bending, guiding material selection and process adjustments.
Selection
Confirm the bending angle and frequency range required by the testing standards when selecting; choose the corresponding fixture based on material thickness; check counting accuracy and fixture durability; consider the match between sample size and instrument travel; verify compatibility with power supply and laboratory environment.
