Wet Abrasion Resistance Tester

The wet abrasion tester evaluates the surface wear resistance of materials by subjecting moistened samples to friction under a rotating abrasive wheel with standard pressure. It is used for wet abrasion testing of coatings, inks, paper, and other materials, simulating real-world scenarios involving friction in the presence of water.
Selection
When selecting, consider the load range and type of friction wheel required by the testing standards, and match the sample size and fixture. Confirm the stability of the water supply system and check the accuracy of the speed control. Choose single-station or multi-station models based on the routine testing volume, and pay attention to the corrosion resistance of the equipment materials.
