Film Coating Metering Rod

The film coating metering rod controls the transfer amount of coating through precise grooves engraved on the rod's surface, forming a uniform thin layer on the substrate. It utilizes the principle of blade coating to quantitatively deliver the coating, and is used for precision coating processes of materials such as paper and films.
Selection
When selecting, consider the substrate characteristics and paint viscosity to match the groove shape and depth. The rod material must be corrosion-resistant, with a diameter suitable for the Coater's width. Determine the wire diameter specification based on the required coating thickness and adjust parameters in combination with the production speed.
