Degree of Dryness Tester

The drying degree tester simulates conditions of pressure or friction on material surfaces to detect the curing state of coatings. Its principle is based on contact mechanical testing, and its function is to determine the surface drying and through-drying times of coatings. It is applied in production process control for ink printing, plastic coating, and other applications.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the material type with the testing method, ensure the instrument's range covers the sample drying scope, check the durability of the indenter or friction components, assess the simplicity of the operation interface, and verify compliance with standard specifications such as ASTM D5895.
