Semi-automatic Film Applicator

The semi-automatic film applicator uses a motor to drive the blade to move at a constant speed, evenly applying the coating onto the substrate surface. It is used in laboratories to prepare coating samples of standard thickness, suitable for quality control testing in the ink and coating industries.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the substrate size with the coating width, ensuring the coating thickness range covers testing needs, the corrosion resistance of the blade material, motor stability to guarantee uniform coating, and additional functions such as temperature control configured according to experimental requirements.
