Particle Strength Tester

The particle strength tester measures the compressive resistance of particles through mechanical pressure testing, used to detect the crushing strength of solid particles such as catalysts and fertilizers. During operation, the particle is placed under the press head, pressure is applied until it fractures, and the maximum pressure value is recorded. This instrument is utilized in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries for quality control and production process adjustments.
Selection
When selecting, consider the particle size range to match the instrument's measurement range, and pay attention to pressure accuracy and testing speed. Check the compatibility of the fixture with the sample shape, and confirm that the data output method meets recording requirements. Evaluate the durability of the equipment structure and ease of operation, and compare the maintenance costs of different models.
