Dual-stage compressed air Compressor

A two-stage air compressor boosts pressure by connecting two cylinders in series: after the first stage of compression, the gas is cooled through an intercooler before entering the second cylinder for compression to the target pressure. Its function is to produce higher-pressure air compared to single-stage compression under the same power, thereby reducing energy consumption. It is applied in equipment such as spraying and injection molding, as well as pneumatic tools that require a stable air source of 0.8-1.5 MPa.
Selection
