Paperboard Smoothness Detector

The paperboard smoothness tester evaluates the surface flatness of paperboard by measuring air leakage. Under constant pressure, the sample is tightly pressed against the test head, and the airflow through the gap between the sample and the glass anvil is recorded. A smaller value indicates a smoother surface. It is used in the printing and packaging industry to control the surface quality of paperboard.
Selection
Select the corresponding test head size according to common standards. Ensure the measurement range covers the sample to be tested. Check the sealing performance of the gas path system. Verify the calibration cycle of the instrument. Consider the adaptability of sample thickness and the adjustability of test pressure. Pay attention to the compatibility of the data output interface with the existing system.
