Rubber Damp Heat Test Chamber

The rubber damp heat test chamber generates saturated water vapor by heating a water tank, maintaining a constant temperature and humidity environment within a sealed space to simulate the aging process of rubber products under humid and hot conditions. It is used to detect changes in the physical properties and durability of rubber materials in damp heat environments, commonly employed in quality verification for rubber products such as tires and seals.
Selection
When selecting, it is necessary to match the temperature and humidity range required by the testing standards, commonly 40-85℃ and 50-98% RH. Pay attention to the corrosion resistance of the inner stainless steel material and sealing strips. Choose the working chamber size according to the sample capacity, leaving 10-20% of space. Confirm technical specifications such as temperature uniformity of ±0.5℃ and fluctuation of ±1℃. It should be equipped with condensation drainage and water shortage protection functions.
