Flexure Tester

The flex resistance tester secures the specimen with clamps and uses a motor to drive repeated bending until the set number of cycles is reached, detecting material cracking and delamination. It is used to evaluate the flexibility of materials such as paper, films, and metal foils, and to verify the fatigue resistance of products in fields like packaging and electronic components.
Selection
When selecting, confirm the bending angle and speed range corresponding to the test standard, check that the fixture matches the sample shape, ensure the motor provides stable continuous operation, record the number of bending cycles and fracture determination via the digital display system, and select the appropriate load range based on the material thickness.
