Large Coating Machine

The large-scale film applicator evenly spreads the coating onto the substrate surface through mechanical transmission, forming a wet film of specified thickness. It is used to simulate the coating process in industrial production and to test properties such as the leveling and hiding power of the coating. It is suitable for preparing standard coating film samples in the laboratory.
Selection
Determine the coating width based on common substrate sizes, and choose between blade coating or roller coating according to the viscosity of the coating material. Match the drying requirements with heating or UV curing functions. Verify the precision of the maximum coating thickness, and inspect the material's corrosion resistance. Reserve functions for sample fixation and cleaning.
