The OSP-80T L400 coating rod is a formed Spreader tool of the Japanese OSP brand. The rod length is 400mm and the application width is 300mm. It is specially designed for high viscosity Coatings. The bottom of the cogging slot adopts a K-shaped structure with a large tooth spacing. It is suitable for high viscosity materials such as glue and provides good leveling.

Principle
The coating rod is manufactured by a formed process. Coating is applied to the surface of the substrate during use, and it is uniformly scraped by a K-shaped cogging structure. Steps

2. Coating evenly on the surface of the substrate.
