Application of the AFINO PTM1100/01 Automatic Spraying Machine in Automotive Painting Experiments

This article introduces the application of the Huinuo PTM1100/01 automatic spraying machine in automotive paint spraying experiments. Compared with manual spraying, the machine can fix parameters such as the spray path, speed, paint output, and air pressure, thereby improving spraying uniformity and repeatability. The thickness deviation of the samples can be controlled within ±2 micrometers.
