Overview
CHANGLONG SW-60 temperature indicator is a yellow temperature monitoring product, which is widely used in the connection part of the bus of the substation. It is used to monitor whether the contact of the bus connection is good. It is an indispensable protective item to ensure the safe operation of the substation. It can supplement the shortcomings of general thermometers. Principle
The temperature indicator film is pasted on the bus or the surface of electrical equipment. When the temperature rises to the rated temperature, the temperature indicator film will melt and visually display the temperature abnormality, thus reminding the operator to take corresponding measures in time to prevent the equipment from overheating and causing accidents.

Steps
1. Paste the temperature indicator sheet on the bus or electrical equipment.
2. Regularly inspect to check whether the temperature indicator is melted.
3. If melting is found, immediately repair the equipment or reduce the load.

• Make sure the temperature indicator is firmly pasted to avoid peeling.
• Regularly check the status of the temperature indicator film and replace the melted temperature indicator film in time.
