Overview
LANDTEK SRT-6200S Roughness Gauge is an external Sensor asperity detector, which adopts computer technology and is designed according to the national standard GB/T 6062 and ISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS standards. The instrument contacts the surface of the measured object through the Sensor stylus, and measures the asperity of the surface of the measured object according to the principle of Inductance. It is a liquid crystal digital display type, which can simultaneously measure Ra/Rz/Rq/Rt four asperity parameters, with Data storage function.

Principle
The sensor needle contacts the surface of the object to be measured, and the asperity of the surface of the object to be measured is measured according to the principle of Inductance. Sensor uses diamond material, the force measurement is 16mN, the angle is 90 °, and the surface profile data is obtained by the Inductance Measurement principle.

Steps
1. Connect the Sensor and turn it on
2. Measurement parameters and sampling length
3. Contact the Sensor Needle with the surface of the object to be tested
4, start measurement, the instrument automatically collects data
5. View measurement results and choose to store or output data
Notice
• Make sure the battery is fully charged before use
• Sensor stylus should contact the measured surface vertically during measurement
• Avoid use in environments beyond Operating Conditions (Temperature 0~ 50 ° C, Humidity < 80% RH)
• Regularly clean Sensor stylus to maintain Measurement accuracy
When storing data, be careful not to exceed the 7-set capacity limit
