Overview
The Defelsko PosiTector 6000 FT3 Coating thickness gauge is an instrument for the measurement of thicker nonmagnetic coatings. The maximum measurement film thickness is 6mm. It adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction and is suitable for the thickness measurement of iron metal substrates. The instrument adopts an integrated structure, built-in Probe, easy to operate with one hand, and the shell meets the IP65 rating. It is resistant to solvents, acids, oils, water and dust and rain. It supports screenshots, backlighting and inverted display functions. It is suitable for many occasions.

Principle

Steps
1. Ensure that the instrument is used in a ferrous metal substrate nonmagnetic coating environment
2. Turn on the instrument power
3. Use Touchscreen for relevant settings
4. Probe the instrument to the surface of the coating to be tested for measurement
5. View measurement results and statistics through the screen
6. Option to save screen image or measurement data
7. Transfer data to the supporting software via USB or Bluetooth interface
