Overview
RONGJIDA QKL Initial Dry crack resistance Tester adopts axial flow fan (stepless speed regulation) to detect the anti-cracking performance of cladding architectural coatings or indoor and outdoor putty Coatings in the initial drying stage. The instrument is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB9779-88, with a total Power of 100w, and is widely used in the field of architectural coatings.
Features
1. Adopt axial flow fan to supply air, and the wind speed can be stepless.
2. Equipped with anemometer, Timer and other devices, it is convenient to precisely control the test conditions.
3. Designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB9779-88, meeting relevant testing requirements.
4. The instrument structure includes a test wind tunnel, a test frame, and an air volume control device, with a reasonable design.
Principle
There is a test plate rack parallel to the direction of air flow in the wind tunnel. After starting the axial flow fan, the wind speed is adjusted within 3 +/- 0.3m/s by the air volume control device. The scraped test plate is placed on the test plate rack in the wind tunnel, and the drying control time is adjusted according to the product standard requirements. After the Timer reaches the set time, the instrument automatically stops, and there is no crazing on the surface of the test plate at this time.
Applications
Architectural coatings, Putty Coatings Testing
Standards
GB/T 9779、GB9779-88
Steps
1. Anemometer operation: install the battery and insert the probe; turn on the power supply, and calibrate the full and zero position through the correction switch and adjustment knob.
2. Timer operation: preset the required countdown or positive timing time before starting.
3. Test plate preparation: According to the product instructions, place the main Coating or Putty Spreader on the surface of the test plate, and immediately place it on the test plate frame in the wind tunnel. The test plate is parallel to the direction of the airflow.
4. Start test: Turn on the power supply, the power indicator light is on, the axial flow fan starts, and the Timer starts timing.
5. Adjust the wind speed: insert the anemometer probe perpendicular to the wind direction into the test hole, and adjust the wind speed control knob to stabilize the wind speed within 3 +/- 0.3m/s.
6. End and observation: After the Timer reaches the preset time, the instrument stops working, and the test plate is taken out to see if there is any crazing on the surface of the test plate.
Notice
• The whole machine insurance is placed in the power socket.
• The adjustment of the Timer should be preset before booting. The preset button of the Timer cannot be changed casually after booting, otherwise the timing will be invalid.
