Overview
GKL-II type initial drying anti-crack tester is a special instrument designed and manufactured by PUSHEN brand according to GB9779-88 "Laminated architectural coatings" standard, which is mainly used for the determination of the initial drying anti-crack of laminated architectural coatings. The instrument is composed of a fan, a wind tunnel and a bracket. It adopts an axial flow fan to supply air and can adjust the wind speed steplessly. The cross section of the wind tunnel is square, and it is equipped with a Handheld Anemometer for wind speed measurement.
Features
1. Designed and manufactured according to GB9779-88 standard, it is specially used for the determination of crack resistance in the initial drying of laminated architectural coatings
2. Adopt axial flow fan to supply air, and the wind speed can be adjusted steplessly
3. Configure Handheld Anemometer for accurate wind speed measurement
4. The wind tunnel section is square in design
5. The instrument has a simple structure and is composed of fans, wind tunnels, and brackets
Principle
The tester generates air flow through the axial flow fan, and the air flow passes through the square section wind tunnel to form a stable wind field environment. Through stepless adjustment of the wind speed of the fan, the wind speed in the wind tunnel reaches the standard requirement of 3 + 0.3m/s. Under this condition, the initial drying anti-crack performance of the laminated architectural coatings samples is tested.
Steps
1. Connect the wind speed controller and tester
2. Anemometer measurement of wind speed in wind tunnel
3. Adjust the wind speed steplessly to the standard range of 3 + 0.3m/s through the wind speed controller
4. Placing samples of composite architectural coatings to be tested in a wind tunnel for testing
5. Observe and record the initial drying crack resistance of the sample
Notice
• Please check whether the connection of each part is firm before use
When adjusting the wind speed, it should be operated slowly to avoid sudden changes
• Anemometer should be calibrated before use to ensure accurate measurement
The test environment should be kept stable to avoid external interference
• The instrument should be cleaned and maintained in time after use
Do not use in humid or corrosive environments
