Principle
The Working Principle of this product is based on the Richter hardness testing method. Impact body in the Impact device (D type) impacts the surface of the sample at a certain speed under the action of elastic force, and the ratio of the rebound speed of the Impact body to the Impact speed is measured to calculate the Richter hardness value, which can be converted and displayed according to the preset hardness standard.

Steps
1. Loading: Press the loading sleeve down to the bottom, grab the Impact body, and then reset the loading sleeve.
2. Positioning: Press the Sensor vertically on the surface of the workpiece according to the selected measurement direction.
3. Release: Press the release button to release the Impact Body for measurement.
Notice
1. When using batch storage, after storing a batch, you should choose Miscellaneous batch storage or turn off storage immediately, otherwise it will continue to be stored, which may affect Miscellaneous data.
2. If the function of restoring the original factory settings is used, the user's custom settings (such as address, hardness system, etc.) will be deleted. Please record the settings by yourself.
3. If you do not use it for a long time, please charge the battery of the hardness gauge regularly to avoid damage to the battery and cause damage to the instrument.
4. The Bluetooth printer uses a rechargeable battery, which can print about 90 meters of paper in one charge; this printer uses 57 * 40 standard thermal printing paper.
